Prices for 6 people for the entire villa. Minimum stay 3 nights (only possible in low season).

Supplements:

Final cleaning  € 400,-

7th+8th person pays 70.- €/night/person

Minimum stay of 3 nights is subject to a 10% surcharge

The prices indicated do not include the local tourism tax ****. This amounts in 2024  2,50 €  per person per day. Children under 14 years of age are exempt, provided they are in possession of a valid form of identity.

Payment:

Payment can be made  by bank transfer. The deposit is  30% of the full amount.

Local tax ****

The amount of local tax is determined by the local deliberation of the community where the accommodation in force at the time of stay

Arrival and departure

The villa is ready after 3 p.m. on arrival day. On departure day we ask you to vacate the villa by 9.30 a.m. In the case of late arrival or early departure be paid in full.

Cancellation policies

After receipt of your deposit of 30% of the full amount, we guarantee to reserve for you the villa.There’s not provided a right to withdraw from the contract in accordance with the Italian consumer protection  law  (d.lgs.  206/2005)  –  yet we allow you to withdrawn from the contract under the following conditions:

For cancellations up to 60 days prior 30% of the total expenses, on cancellations to 21th day before the beginning of the holiday 50% of the total expenses, after 100% of the total expenses.

eMobility

Our villa promotes sustainable mobility. From 2023, a charging station for electric cars will be available to our guests against payment.
